Then don't shop there!!!!!

Okay, so I have to rant for just a minute. So, you've been warned.
Yesterday, the boys and I made a quick trip to the local grocery store. Oh, who am I kidding? Everyone knows it's Lins. So anywho, we are at Lins and they are in the middle of a renovation (high past time, if you ask me.) ANYWAY, this gentleman (by gentleman, I mean crotchety old man,) was complaining to EVERYONE about EVERYTHING!!! He was complaining to the bakery lady about the prices and how the "snow birds" cause everything to go up. He was complaining to some random customer about the renovation and how inconvenient it is and how they are charging more because the "have to pay for this mess somehow." He was complaining to the Pepsi delivery guy about the price of his product, (which I noticed didn't stop the man from buying it, anyway.) By the time I was done shopping, I wanted to wring the guys neck and shake some sense into him. So sir, since I didn't do it then, please let me tell you off now (like he's reading this, right?)
THE PEOPLE WHO WORK IN THE STORE, WHO DELIVER TO THE STORE, AND WHO SHOP AT THE STORE DO NOT MAKE UP THE PRICES!!!! THEY ARE JUST DOING THIER JOB, SO STOP COMPLAINING! IT DOESN'T DO ANY GOOD AND IT JUST TICKS OFF THE PEOPLE WHO ARE TRYING TO GET THEIR SHOPPING DONE!
Okay, rant over. We now send you back to your regularly scheduled program.

THANK YOU!!!! As a Lin's wife I hate hearing the whining and the whimpering! I know the truth about the remodel and I just wish people would suck it up..it's happening and it will be great when it i done.

Amen! Complaining does nothing unless you are doing it to the right person!

Complaining just to complain makes me want to poke my eyes out!

Sorry I haven't commented in awhile I am trying to play catch up. I loved your post on your little boys. My kids have eaten ketchup straight. YUCK!
The complaining thing is buggy, but old people usually have to complain to have something to talk to someone else about. That is their topic. They (meaning him) are just lonely.
